FIND YOUR PRICE RANGE 

One you know your max you are approved for, it is important to figure out

how much you want to spend. How much you can spend and how much you

are comfortable spending are often different. Once you have that number range,

we can start the home search process. 

START SEARCHING

There are many search tools available to you: The RMLS, JLS 

Property Tracker, Zillow and others. I will set you up on a customized

search and send you listings as they become available.

INSPECTIONS

Buyers usually have 10 business days to do general home inspections.

After getting back the results from the inspection, you can either accept the house

"as-is" and continue to closing, ask and negotiate for repairs, ask for a credit for repairs,

or terminate the offer and start searching for a new home. 

MAKE AN OFFER

Once you find a home you would like to buy, we will write up your offer!

We will guide you through the process step by step to make sure present

the strongest offer possible.

It is easy to set up a tour with me and my team, you just send over the

homes that you would like to see and a few different time blocks you are

available. We will take care of mapping out the tour, securing appointments,

and touring the homes with you!
